Soups (+ quiche) - Jan 27th

Soups and quiche are my go-to’s when I need to use up all the leftovers in my fridge. Which leads to a golden, freebie cooking tip: Store your leftovers separately! If you make a beautiful meal of roast potatoes, sauteed kale, and roast chicken - don’t lump it all together in one container - separate them out! Those potatoes could become a creamy soup or hashbrowns! That roast chicken is a chicken salad sandwich waiting to happen! And that sauteed kale is a frittata away from being a whole new meal!
In this final class we’ll put our new found cooking fundamentals to the test and learn how to pivot our pre-cooked ingredients into something new and nourishing!
What will make:
Creamy Tomato Soup
Avgolemono (Greek, lemon + dill chicken soup)
Quiche
This class will be held at a private residence in Efland, NC (just a quick 25-minutes from both Chapel Hill and Durham). You’ll be sent the address after purchase.
